• Remove the bottle sleeve when cleaning or pouring boiling water directly into the bottle. The sleeve may make the bottle unstable on a flat surface, increasing the risk of tipping over.

Cleaning
• Spot-clean with warm water and mild soap, then air dry.

All our products are quality checked before leaving the studio. However, if you receive an item that you're not happy with and wish to exchange it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your parcel so that we can work out the best way to resolve any issues.
